We are camping at the Big Bend RV Park in Terlingua, Texas.  The backdrop for our site is Big Bend National Park.  This park stretches 118 miles and is absolutely magnificent.

Today we crossed the Rio Grande in a row boat and travelled on mule to a little village called Boquillas .

Meet Lacho.  He showed us around his village.  He is a great tour guide as well as a great ambassador to Mexico.  This little village of just over 200 residents has a real sense of community.  A very different experience than our last visit to Mexico.  If you ever cross here…ask for Lacho Falcon.

Lacho’s cousin Lilia owns this restaurant Jose Falcons.  The food was excellent.  You can also stay at her bed and breakfast.

Mark 12:31  The second is this ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’  There is no commandment greater then these.
