The flag above was a gift from our friend Reta. It comes with us on our journey.
Our next adventure takes place in Truro, Nova Scotia. We spent a night at Elm River Park. This campground is very open. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They have a library which is also a wifi hotspot. Their bathrooms and showers were immaculate.
We enjoyed our morning coffee/tea sitting by the brook.
We recommend this campground.
We spent some time shopping and then headed on to our next destination.
We are members of CAA and Good Sams Club. Both of these memberships allow us discounts at most of the campgrounds. We do not have a private internet package so we rely completely on free wifi. CAA provided us with Woodall catalogues for all of Canada and the USA. These catalogues are extremely detailed and helpful. Campgrounds are broken down into three catagories and rated out of ten. We try to stay at nothing under a 8.5 rating.
